About Me.

I never intended to become a Product Manager. In fact, I had no idea it was even a job until my boss at the time said, "hey, do you wan to help us with some technology projects?" At the time I was working in the marketing department and was very excited at the idea of combining my interest in advertising with my self-taught (and decidedly mediocre) programming skills.

Little did I know that almost 14 years later, I'd still be at it.

My career has been one of the most powerful vehicles for transformation in my life and has radically reshaped how I view myself and the world. Along the way, I've met some incredible people, ridden the startup rocketship 🚀 a few times, and built software that is used by thousands of businesses and tens of thousands of users.

Some cool things I've done:

  • Built & launched functionality that unlocked $15+ million in Enterprise sales in the 18 months following launch.

  • Ran the world's largest incentivized app download platform in the world, with a $11 million run rate.

  • Led a product & design team that built a quoting solution that served 50,000 quotes a month totaling over $2 billion in quote revenue in the manufacturing space.

  • Had the privilege of managing multiple people in all stages of their product journey, along with a handful of very talented designers.

HEAD OF PRODUCT

At Vizit, I lead our product & design team building cutting-edge AI technology to help brands identify which assets will help them win the digital shelf.

We work with the world's leading brands to help them quantify the revenue potential of their product imagery and automatically identify ways to improve that imagery.

As an AI-native company, I've had the opportunity to explore how best to connect AI into my everyday PM workflow.

2022 - 2024

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT

At Paperless Parts, I dove into manufacturing and learned about how custom part manufacturing is at the heart of global innovation. This industry has been vastly under-served by technology providers and I joined to lead the Product & Design teams.

2016 - 2022

GROUP PRODUCT MANAGER

Salsify was where I "grew up" as a PM.

I joined Salsify specifically because I wanted to go to a company where company success = customer success (not the case in advertising!) and, at Salsify, I found that and more. I learned not only how to ship effective code, but I learned how to connect that to business outcomes. I got chances to lead major initiatives, got my first taste of managing, and happened experience 37x growth during my time there.

When I joined in 2012, Fiksu was at the forefront of digital advertising. I worked on FreeMyApps, an incentivized app downloading platform. Not only was this a very cool business ($11 million in run-rate) that was the most cost-effective way to rank an app on the App Store in 2012, but it gave me early exposure to the influencer market space.

2014 - 2016
